So what exactly do I get in my delivery box?

You will receive high quality ingredients sourced from around the world in 15 tubes.  We tailor each box according to the questions you have answered in the quiz. We very often include extra gifts for you to discover new blends created by our tea experts.

How much is the delivery?

Delivery to all addresses within UAE is AED 30. Deliveries outside of UAE do have an additional charge but this will be shown in your cart as you make your purchase.

Does your monthly fee include VAT?

Yes, VAT is included where applicable.

Which payment cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as long as they have a Visa or MasterCard symbol on them. Please note that to process card payments we require details of the address where the card is registered; please enter these as the invoice address. Please enter the card details carefully as incorrect details could delay the dispatch of the order. If you have any queries about card payments please e-mail us at info@teasquad.com

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

If you opt for the rolling monthly plan then you can cancel by emailing us any time.

When will I get billed & is it secure?

If it’s your first purchase from us, we’ll charge your card immediately. For recurring payments, the cards get charged 5 days before your scheduled dispatch. This gives us plenty of time to contact you should we have problems with your payment card. Payments will appear as Tea Squad Tea Trading which is the umbrella company for Feel Good Tea Co. We also use Paypal to process payments. All transaction information passed between Feel Good Tea Co. and Paypal’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to Feel Good Tea Co. from Paypal is signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to us or Paypal’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Can I have my order gift-wrapped?

Yes. We will gladly gift-wrap your order out of the goodness of our heart i.e. at no additional charge. Just leave us a note in the note section during the checkout process.

When will the products be delivered?

We aim to pack and deliver your order on the same day of you placing it. If an item is out of stock and we are unable to dispatch within five business days of you placing your order, we will advise you by email as soon as possible and offer you a full refund or partial delivery of your order.

What do I do if I ordered the wrong product or am not satisfied with the product?

We operate a policy of total customer satisfaction. Please refer to our Refund Policy in our Terms & Conditions.
