what you need

  • 1 cup milk (or plant milk of your choice)
  • 1 tbsp feel good tea masala chai (loose-leaf or 1 teabag)
  • Half cup of rolled oats
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • Toppings: banana, nuts, seeds, nut butter

meet your new fave brekkie. warm, creamy, slightly sweet and perfectly spiced. this is what happens when your morning oats get spiced up with our masala chai blend.

how to make it:

  1. warm your milk in a saucepan until it’s simmering. remove from heat and steep your chai for 5–7 minutes. strain or remove the bag
  2. add the oats, a pinch of salt and sweetener to the chai milk. simmer on low heat for 5–7 mins until creamy
  3. pour into a bowl, load up your toppings and dive in


top tip:

double the chai milk and sip it cold as a mid morning pick-me-up. multitasking brews > everything else.
