what you need
fresh mint meets gooey dark chocolate in this ridiculously good brownie mix. made with our moroccan mint blend, these delights are rich, fudgy and guaranteed to make you the most popular pal.
how to make it:
- melt the butter in a saucepan, then add the tea and let it steep for 10 minutes
- strain out the tea and stir in the chopped chocolate until smooth
- whisk in the sugar and eggs until combined
- add the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder, mix until just combined
- fold in your choc chips and pour the mixture into a lined baking tin
- bake at 180°c for 20-25 mins or until the edges are set and the centre is still a little gooey
top tip:
drizzle with melted chocolate and crushed mint leaves for full fresh, show-off energy.
